Though I am an Independent Travel Agent and have a Bachelor's degree in Family Studies, my expertise cannot be legitimized by a degree or credential- it came from trial and error. Before becoming a mother I enjoyed travelling. I was queen of road trips in college and often searched the Internet for cheap vacations as a young adult. When I finally because a mother I couldn't imagine not sharing my experiences with my son, so he tags right along with me on my adventures. I must say having a child has trained me well in this field. We have tackled problems like obtaining infant passports, visa's, travel vaccines, and getting milk through TSA. We have conquered road sickness, locating hospitals, and running out of baby food in a country where the CDC advises not to drink the water. I have become an anti-toddler-boredom ninja, balancing luggage space with just the right amount of toys and comforts from home to entertain a little one on a plane for 8 hours and soothe him to sleep in a hotel room. My little boy has travelled with me to Paris, Lagos, Amsterdam, and Toronto. He has also been on several long road trips. He has more stamps on his passport than most adults I know and we have created a lot of memories as a family. Now, let me take my knowledge base and put it to work for you.
